For the first barbecue of the season, we grilled a nice skirt steak and a bunch of fat asparagus. We had Hoppin Hot Sauce to go on the steak along with a side of Cheating Guacamole. It was great to be outside and cooking with fire and smoke. Check the video for the whole story!
