Marinated Spicy Chicken Thighs
Ingredients
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
- 1/4 cup Hoppin Hot Sauce
Directions
- Assemble the marinade: in a small bowl, mix together yogurt, hot sauce, and salt.
- Place the chicken thighs in a non-reactive container. Add marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for three hours, or up to overnight.
- Before grilling, pat thighs with a paper towel to remove excess marinade and improve browning.
- Preheat the barbecue to medium-high heat. Clean and oil the grate.
- Grill chicken directly over heat for 10 minutes, turning every few minutes, until well-browned and crispy.
- Transfer chicken to a warmed platter and serve, with Hoppin Hot Sauce on the side.
