Marinated Spicy Chicken Thighs

Serving Size:
Serves 4
45 minutes

  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 cup Hoppin Hot Sauce

  1. Assemble the marinade: in a small bowl, mix together yogurt, hot sauce, and salt.
  2. Place the chicken thighs in a non-reactive container. Add marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for three hours, or up to overnight.
  3. Before grilling, pat thighs with a paper towel to remove excess marinade and improve browning.
  4. Preheat the barbecue to medium-high heat. Clean and oil the grate.
  5. Grill chicken directly over heat for 10 minutes, turning every few minutes, until well-browned and crispy.
  6. Transfer chicken to a warmed platter and serve, with Hoppin Hot Sauce on the side.
